AS A MAN OF THE INNER CITY AND A TEACHER FROM THE SAME, MISTA MARSHALL REALIZED THE VALUE OF THE MAN DIMINISHING IN THE EYES OF THE FAMILY AND COMMUNITY. IN AN EFFORT TO CHANGE THE NEGATIVE PERCEPTION AND UNDER VALUED PRESENCE OF "THE MAN" FAMILY MAN WAS BORN. A non profit organization DEDICATED TO THE MAN OF THE COMMUNITY!!
