The FMIT program is designed to prepare young men beginning in 6th grade for success at home, in school, and in their future careers through mentorship, domestic training, and leadership development. Participants are paired with mentors who provide guidance in life skills, responsibility, character building, and career exploration to help
The FMIT program is designed to prepare young men beginning in 6th grade for success at home, in school, and in their future careers through mentorship, domestic training, and leadership development. Participants are paired with mentors who provide guidance in life skills, responsibility, character building, and career exploration to help them grow into productive leaders within their families and communities. Following an exceptional 2025–26 school year, the program is preparing to expand across the entire school district to reach and impact even more students.
